Our fiberglass molds are crafted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced technology ensures a mold processing error as minuscule as 20 micrometers, guaranteeing exceptional detail and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our superior fiberglass products are sourced from industry leaders. We utilize materials from INEOS, featuring high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat that excels in water and weather resistance. Additionally, we use pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a world-renowned brand, ensuring industry-leading quality. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is renowned for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in unparalleled performance and durability.

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously designed with a dual-layer of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while the other sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
