Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The cornerstone of our fiberglass products lies in the premium raw materials sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with top-tier, high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys contributes by offering pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Meanwhile, the curing agent, a vital component, is supplied by Nouryon, a globally renowned brand. Our fiberglass cloth is alkali-free and renowned for its impressive density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in unparalleled performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively constructed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
