Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our premium fiberglass products from the renowned INEOS, which provides high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize advanced pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. The curing process is perfected with the use of a top-tier curing agent from Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, known for its high density, superior strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, results
in unparalleled performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while all remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
