Our advanced fiberglass molds are expertly crafted using cutting-edge technology thanks to a five-axis CNC machining center. This sophisticated process ensures impeccable precision with a minuscule mold processing error of only 20 micrometers, guaranteeing superior quality and reliability.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously select the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from the renowned INEOS and AOC Aliancys. These materials include the premium high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, and the top-tier pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is sourced from Nouryon, the global leader in the chemical industry. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, strength, and smooth surface, ensuring flawless, seamless transitions.
This results in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is intricately designed, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
