Our meticulously crafted fiberglass molds are produced using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, achieving an exceptional mold processing precision with an error margin of only 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our premium fiberglass products from renowned suppliers. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is from Nouryon, a globally acclaimed leader in the field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its impressive density, strength, and flawlessly smooth surface with seamless transitions, enabling
a remarkable and outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively engineered with a dual layer of specialized waterproof resin at its base, with the other sections fortified with high-performance reinforced resin. The waterproof resin's advantage lies in its unparalleled corrosion resistance, superior waterproofing, and effective mold prevention, offering outstanding physical properties far surpassing those of standard unsaturated resins.
