Our fiberglass molds are impeccably crafted with state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining technology. This precision ensures a mold processing error of a mere 20 micrometers, guaranteeing exceptional quality and accuracy in our products.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products stand out, due to the superior quality of raw materials sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its exceptional water and weather resistance. AOC Aliancys supplies us with pre-accelerated, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, noted for its excellent thixotropic properties. We choose Nouryon, a globally acclaimed brand, for our curing agents. The fiberglass cloth we use is alkali-free, offering incredible density, strength, and a flawless surface finish, creating seamless transitions. These elements collectively ensure

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our expertly designed fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two specialized waterproof resin layers at its foundation, while the other segments are fortified with enhanced resin.
