Our fiberglass molds are meticulously engineered using advanced five-axis CNC machining technology. This state-of-the-art process guarantees an impressive mold processing precision of just 20um, ensuring the highest standards of quality and detail in every curve and surface.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The cornerstone of our fiberglass products lies in the premium raw materials we source: INEOS supplies us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys provides us with their cutting-edge pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these is our curing agent from Nouryon, a globally renowned brand, ensuring reliability and durability. To enhance the structural integrity, we utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth, seamless surface transitions, delivering
