Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our premium fiberglass products are constructed from top-tier raw materials. We source from INEOS, known for their high-performance, water-resistant, and weatherproof isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, complemented by Nouryon's state-of-the-art curing agent, a leader in the industry. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth celebrated for its remarkable density, superior strength, smooth finish, and seamless transitions, which collectively
yield unparalleled performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Each fiberglass slide begins with a gelcoat layer meticulously designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at the foundation. The other components are fortified with advanced resin enhancements.
