Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously select the crème de la crème of raw materials for our fiberglass products, ensuring unparalleled performance and durability. Our primary materials hail from the illustrious INEOS, renowned for its high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this is our choice of raw materials from AOC Aliancys, celebrated for its pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, sourced from Nouryon-a global leader-guarantees excellence. We employ premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, acclaimed for its superior density, strength, and flawless transitions, leading to

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously crafted with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remaining sections are fortified with robust enhanced resin.
