Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted with cutting-edge precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This advanced process delivers an astonishing mold processing accuracy of only 20um, ensuring impeccable quality and consistency.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The superior quality of our fiberglass products begins with the finest raw materials. We source exclusively from INEOS, utilizing their high-performance, water-resistant, and weatherproof isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we employ AOC Aliancys' pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, renowned for its durability. Nouryon, the global leader, supplies our curing agents. To further enhance our products, we use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, distinguished by its exceptional density and strength, smooth surface, and flawless transitions, culminating
in unparalleled performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slides are engineered for excellence. The gelcoat layer features two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while additional sections are fortified with reinforced resin. The advantage of our waterproof resin is its remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing abilities, and mold prevention, all of which provide superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This ensures prevention of water penetration, which could otherwise lead to blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
