Our fiberglass molds are precision-engineered using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing an exceptionally low mold processing error of merely 20um. This meticulous attention to detail ensures superior quality that meets the highest industry standards.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in sourcing the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from INEOS, known for its high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. In addition, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, further enhancing product durability. Nouryon, the global leader, supplies us with the curing agent. We leverage alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all of which contribute
to unparalleled performance and longevity.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our innovative fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, with all other areas fortified by enhanced resin. The waterproof resin showcases exceptional attributes in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, surpassing the physical properties of conventional unsaturated resins. This advanced formulation effectively prevents water intrusion, which could lead to blistering, delamination, and reduced structural integrity.
