Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our premier fiberglass products are crafted from the finest raw materials. We source from INEOS for high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys provides our pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, a vital component, is sourced from Nouryon, the global leader in this field. We utilize superior alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, offering a smooth surface and seamless transitions, culminating

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
