Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our premier fiberglass products are born from the finest raw materials, sourced from globally renowned suppliers. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. In parallel, AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, ensuring durability and resilience. Complementing these materials, our curing agent is sourced from Nouryon, a leader in chemical innovations. The alkali-free fiberglass cloth we use is celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, facilitating seamless transitions and resulting
in truly outstanding performance that stands the test of time.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction incorporates a meticulously engineered gelcoat layer. At its foundation are two layers of specialized waterproof resin, with additional sections reinforced by enhanced resin.
