Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted with precision using a five-axis CNC machining center, which ensures an incredibly low mold processing error of just 20um, guaranteeing superior quality and precision.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials we utilize for our premium fiberglass products originate from the world-renowned INEOS, featuring their exceptional high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, renowned for their pre-accelerated, thixotropic, and high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure unmatched quality, we use a curing agent from Nouryon, recognized as the world's leading brand. Our products are reinforced with alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, durability, flawless surface, and seamless transitions, resulting in
superior performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction features a gelcoat layer expertly designed with two specialized waterproof resin layers at its foundation, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The unique benefit of this waterproof resin lies in its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention capabilities, delivering superior physical properties when compared to traditional unsaturated resins.
