Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products boast exceptional quality, beginning with the selection of premium raw materials. These are sourced from renowned suppliers such as INEOS, which provides us with a high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys contributes pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin to our mix. The curing agent, sourced from Nouryon, the world's leading brand, enhances durability. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth renowned for its impressive density, remarkable strength, and smooth surface, ensuring unmatched seamless transitions and
delivering outstanding performance with every product.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with two meticulously applied layers of a specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are skillfully reinforced with an enhanced resin. This waterproof resin triumphs in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering superior physical attributes compared to standard unsaturated resins. It effectively curtails water penetration, which could otherwise result in blistering, delamination, and weakened structural integrity.
