Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we procure pre-accelerated thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, the world's top brand, supplies our curing agent. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density, robust strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all contributing
to the exceptional performance of our products.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two specialized layers of waterproof resin at its foundation, while the other sections are strategically reinforced with advanced resin.
