Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the core components of our fiberglass products from global leaders, ensuring unparalleled quality. Our primary raw materials include high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, and pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Additionally, we utilize a top-tier curing agent from Nouryon, a world-renowned brand. The fiberglass cloth we employ is alkali-free, recognized for its high density and strength, providing a smooth surface and seamless transitions. This combination results
in outstanding performance, resilience, and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer features a sophisticated design with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
