Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The premier raw materials for our fiberglass products are expertly sourced from INEOS, utilizing the high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, using their superior pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, a cornerstone of our process, is provided by Nouryon, a globally renowned leader in the field. Our products are crafted with alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional high density, robust strength, lustrous smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in remarkable and superior performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively crafted with a dual-layer system of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, with enhanced resin fortifying the rest of the structure.
