Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The fundamental raw materials for our high-quality fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, renowned for its superior water and weather resistance. AOC Aliancys contributes with its pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Additionally, we use a curing agent supplied by Nouryon, the global frontrunner in this field. Our products are reinforced with alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, strength, and smooth, seamless finish, yielding
an exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two foundational layers of specialized waterproof resin. The remaining areas are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin offers unmatched benefits in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, delivering superior physical attributes compared to conventional unsaturated resins.
