Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining technology. This ensures a remarkable precision with a mold processing error of no more than a mere 20um, guaranteeing the highest standard of quality and accuracy.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are composed of premium raw materials sourced from the renowned INEOS. These materials include a high-performance, water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize the pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agents are provided by Nouryon, a globally leading brand. Together with our alkali-free fiberglass cloth, characterized by its high density, strength, seamless smooth surface transitions, this composition
delivers outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is expertly designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at its core. The other sections are fortified with an enhanced resin formula. The waterproof resin's brilliance lies in its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing abilities, and mold prevention qualities.
