Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our commitment to excellence begins with sourcing premium raw materials for our fiberglass products. We select high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS, renowned for its superior water and weather resistance. Additionally, we employ pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. These top-tier materials are complemented by a curing agent supplied by Nouryon, the global leader in the industry. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, which collectively enhance
our products' outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is innovatively designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The exceptional waterproof resin boasts remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering unparalleled physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins.
