Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are constructed from premium raw materials sourced from industry leaders. INEOS supplies high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys provides pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To top it off, the curing agent comes from Nouryon, the world's leading brand in this field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, remarkable strength, and smooth surface, ensuring seamless transitions. This combination guarantees
exceptional product performance, making our fiberglass creations truly stand out.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The gelcoat layer of our fiberglass slides is engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections benefit from reinforced resin enhancements.
