Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using the precision of a five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing an impressive mold processing error of just 20 micrometers. This state-of-the-art technology ensures the highest level of accuracy and quality in every mold we produce.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are made from premium raw materials sourced from industry-leading brands. INEOS provides our high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies our pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure a flawless finish, we use a curing agent from Nouryon, a global leader in specialty chemicals. We select alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, resulting in seamless transitions and
delivering unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide's gelcoat layer is engineered with precision, utilizing two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the foundation, while the rest is fortified with enhanced resin. This specialized waterproof resin provides extraordinary corrosion resistance, optimal waterproofing, and effective mold prevention. Compared to conventional unsaturated resins, it offers superior physical properties, preventing water intrusion that can cause blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
