Our exquisite fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers, achieving a remarkably precise mold processing error of merely 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We carefully select the finest primary raw materials for our fiberglass products, sourced from the renowned INEOS. These materials feature a high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we use superior pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent is procured from Nouryon, the world's leading brand in this domain. We incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth celebrated for its high density, exceptional strength, and smooth surface. This results in seamless transitions and
outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The hallmark of the waterproof resin is its unparalleled corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention, which surpasses standard unsaturated resins with superior physical properties.
