Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining centers, ensuring an impressively precise mold processing error of only 20um, delivering unparalleled accuracy.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
To achieve superior quality in our fiberglass products, we source our primary raw materials from industry-leading suppliers. INEOS provides us with high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys contributes pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these materials, our curing agent is supplied by Nouryon, the global leader in the field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth finish, resulting in seamless transitions and remarkable performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base. The remaining sections are meticulously reinforced with enhanced resin, providing extraordinary resistance to corrosion and water damage. The waterproof resin's superior physical properties prevent common issues such as blistering, delamination, and compromised strength, offering far greater durability than standard unsaturated resins.
