Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining center. This precision engineering guarantees an incredibly low mold processing error of merely 20um, ensuring unparalleled quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are constructed from the finest raw materials. We source our high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS. Complementing this, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon, a world-renowned brand, supplies our curing agent. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its impressive density and strength, as well as its smooth surface and seamless transitions.
This results in exceptional performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is engineered with two specialized waterproof resin layers at the base, while all other parts are fortified with enhanced resin. The use of waterproof resin offers remarkable benefits: it is highly resistant to corrosion, waterproof, and prevents mold, delivering superior physical properties compared to conventional unsaturated resins. This innovative approach prevents water penetration, which could otherwise cause blistering, delamination, and reduce strength.
