Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using advanced five-axis CNC machining technology, guaranteeing a precision mold processing error of an impressive 20um, which ensures the finest quality and detail.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials used in our premium fiberglass products are sourced from industry-leading companies. INEOS provides us with their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Meanwhile, AOC Aliancys supplies us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The curing agent, sourced from Nouryon, a global leader, completes our superior materials lineup. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density and strength, which contributes to a smooth surface and seamless transitions, resulting in
outstanding performance that surpasses expectations.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, with the remaining sections being fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin provides distinct advantages, including exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention. These attributes deliver superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This meticulous process prevents water penetration, thereby avoiding blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity, extending the lifespan of our fiberglass slides to an impressive 10 years.
