Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our premium fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS supplies us with their high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Meanwhile, AOC Aliancys provides the pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these is Nouryon's curing agent, renowned as the world's leading brand. Our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth-a material celebrated for its high density, formidable strength, ultra-smooth surface, and seamless transitions-ensures
in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The construction of our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer features two layers of cutting-edge waterproof resin at its core, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
