Our meticulously crafted fiberglass molds are produced using cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining technology, achieving an impressively precise mold processing error margin of merely 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials utilized in our fiberglass creations are of unparalleled quality. We source them from INEOS, known for their superior high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys provides us with their advanced pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Furthermore, we rely on Nouryon, the globally acclaimed leader, for our curing agents. We meticulously choose alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, robustness, and smooth, seamless surface transitions, ensuring
outstanding performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is crafted with precision, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the foundation, while the rest of the structure is fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin boasts remarkable advantages, including exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold inhibition. These attributes provide superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins, effectively preventing issues such as water penetration, blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity.
