Our fiberglass molds are meticulously sculpted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center, guaranteeing precision with an incredibly low mold processing error margin of just 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We carefully select premium raw materials for our fiberglass products to ensure excellence. Sourced from INEOS, we utilize high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we procure pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, from Nouryon-renowned as the world's leading brand-ensures top-tier quality. We employ alkali-free fiberglass cloth known for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating in
exceptional product performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

For our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer, we incorporate a dual-layer system composed of specialized waterproof resin at the core, complemented by reinforced resin in other sections. The waterproof resin offers exceptional advantages: it is resistant to corrosion, waterproof, and prevents mold formation, delivering enhanced physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins. This innovation successfully prevents water infiltration, which could otherwise cause blistering, delamination, or weakened structural integrity. As a result, our fiberglass slides boast a remarkable longevity of up to 10 years.
