Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The cornerstone of our premium fiberglass products is the use of high-quality raw materials sourced from industry leaders. From INEOS, we incorporate top-tier water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Complementing this, we utilize AOC Aliancys's pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure optimal curing, Nouryon, a global leader, provides our curing agent. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density, strength, and smooth, seamless surface transitions, contributes to the product's
remarkable performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

For the construction of our fiberglass slides, we employ a sophisticated gelcoat design that features two specialized layers of waterproof resin at the base.
