Our fiberglass molds are meticulously sculpted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, achieving an incredible mold processing precision with errors as minimal as 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are sourced from the renowned INEOS, featuring top-tier high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, known for their pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, the global leader in its field. We expertly utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density, exceptional strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously crafted with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The key advantage of this waterproof resin lies in its unparalleled corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention, offering superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. This prevents water infiltration, which can cause blistering, delamination, and compromised structural integrity.
