Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining centers, achieving an extraordinary precision with a mold processing error of merely 20 micrometers. This ensures the highest quality and durability in every slide.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the primary raw materials for our exceptional fiberglass products from INEOS, choosing only high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat known for its water and weather resistance. Complementing this, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent, supplied by Nouryon-a global leader in the industry-ensures top-notch quality. We also utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its remarkable density and strength, providing a smooth surface and seamless transitions, which
culminate in outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide construction includes a gelcoat layer engineered with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other parts are strengthened with enhanced resin.
