Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials for our premium fiberglass products originate from INEOS, featuring an exceptional isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat known for its high-performance water and weather resistance. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, which provides a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a world-renowned leader in the field. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its: high density, exceptional strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, culminating
in a performance that is truly unparalleled.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is meticulously engineered with two distinct layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The remaining slide sections are fortified with an enhanced resin formula. The superiority of the waterproof resin lies in its exceptional resistance to corrosion, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention properties.
