Our fiberglass products are manufactured using the finest raw materials sourced from industry-leading suppliers. We incorporate INEOS's high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat to ensure durability. From AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin for superior quality. The curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a global leader in the field. We employ premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its high density, exceptional strength, smooth finish, and seamless transitions, which cumulatively result in unparalleled product performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin offers remarkable advantages such as superior corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, providing exceptional physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins. It effectively prevents water penetration, which can otherwise lead to blistering, delamination, and reduced strength.
