Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The foundation of our exceptional fiberglass products lies in the superior quality raw materials sourced from industry giants. We acquire high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat from INEOS. Additionally, we utilize AOC Aliancys's pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent comes from Nouryon, a global leader in the field. We exclusively use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its unparalleled high density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, ensuring
in remarkable and consistent performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly engineered, incorporating two strategic layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
