Our state-of-the-art fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using an advanced five-axis CNC machining center, which guarantees an exceptionally precise mold processing error of just 20um, ensuring flawless quality and precision.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We take pride in using only the finest raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our primary sources include INEOS, known for their high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, and AOC Aliancys, renowned for their pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, the global leader in its field. Additionally, we employ premium alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its remarkable density, exceptional strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, all of which contribute to
outstanding performance that exceeds industry standards.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation, while additional sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
