Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted utilizing advanced five-axis CNC machining technology, ensuring precision with a mold processing error margin as minuscule as just 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We source the premium raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders such as INEOS, renowned for their high-performance, water-repellent, and weather-enduring isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is sourced from Nouryon, a globally recognized brand leader. We employ superior alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, smooth texture, and flawless transitions, resulting
in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide manufacturing begins with a specialized gelcoat layer, incorporating two layers of advanced waterproof resin at the foundation, while the remaining areas are fortified with enhanced resin. This waterproof resin is particularly advantageous due to its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing ability, and mold prevention, delivering physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins. This innovation effectively inhibits water infiltration, preventing blistering, delamination, and weakening.
