Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using cutting-edge five-axis CNC machining technology. This advanced process ensures an impressively precise mold processing error of just 20um, leading to superior quality and exceptional detail in our finished products.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from industry-leading suppliers. We use materials from INEOS, renowned for their high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, from AOC Aliancys, we incorporate pre-accelerated, thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. The essential curing agent is provided by Nouryon, a forefront global brand. Our fiberglass cloth, entirely alkali-free, is celebrated for its exceptional density and strength. This premium material ensures a smooth surface and seamless transitions, contributing
to the remarkable performance of our finished products.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The rest of the structure is reinforced with advanced resin. The specialized waterproof resin excels in corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering physical properties that surpass standard unsaturated resins. This innovative approach effectively prevents water infiltration, protecting against blistering, delamination, and compromised integrity.
