Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
Our fiberglass products are born from the finest materials. The core materials are sourced from industry leaders, INEOS and AOC Aliancys, featuring a top-tier combination of high-performance, water and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, and pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Nouryon supplies our curing agent, guaranteeing superior performance. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth renowned for its remarkable density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, delivering
exceptional quality and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slides are designed with innovation and endurance in mind. The gelcoat layer features two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, with additional sections fortified using enhanced resin. This cutting-edge waterproof resin offers incredible corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, vastly outperforming standard unsaturated resins in physical properties. This sophisticated design averts water penetration, thus preventing blistering, delamination, and compromised strength.
