Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from industry giants. INEOS provides high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, ensuring durability and longevity. AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin, enhancing product sturdiness. To perfect the curing process, we partner with Nouryon, the world's leading brand, for a top-tier curing agent. Our craftsmanship features alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, seamlessly smooth surface, and flawless transitions, leading to
remarkable performance and reliability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while the remaining sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The waterproof resin offers exceptional advantages, including outstanding corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention. This results in superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins, effectively preventing water penetration that could cause blistering, delamination, and weakened strength.
