INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. For curing, we rely on Nouryon, a global leader in the field. Our use of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, renowned for its outstanding high density and strength, ensures a smooth surface and seamless transitions, delivering exceptional performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is expertly designed with a dual-layer of specialized waterproof resin at its base, with additional sections fortified with enhanced resin.
