Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, ensuring unparalleled precision with a mold processing error of merely 20um, delivering excellence in every detail.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The primary raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are sourced from renowned suppliers, such as INEOS, offering high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. Additionally, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. Our curing agent comes from Nouryon, the world's leading brand in its field. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, acclaimed for its high density, robust strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in exceptional and unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The fiberglass slide gelcoat layer features a sophisticated design with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while the remaining sections are enhanced with reinforced resin. The advantage of the waterproof resin lies in its remarkable corrosion resistance, efficient waterproofing, and mold prevention capabilities, offering superior physical properties compared to standard unsaturated resins.
