Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We exclusively utilize premier raw materials for our fiberglass products. Our selections include top-tier components from INEOS, featuring a high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat known for outstanding water and weather resistance. Additionally, we source from AOC Aliancys, which provides pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Complementing these is a curing agent from Nouryon, the world's leading brand. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and strength, ensures a smooth surface and seamless transitions, culminating
in remarkable performance that consistently exceeds expectations.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with dual layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin.
