Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials for our fiberglass products are exclusively sourced from industry leaders. From INEOS, we obtain high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, sourced from Nouryon, the world-renowned brand, ensures superior reliability and performance. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, and smooth surface, which ensures seamless transitions and
results in exceptional performance and durability.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer incorporates two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its base, while additional sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The utilization of waterproof resin presents significant advantages, including remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention, surpassing standard unsaturated resins in offering superior physical properties.
