Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We are committed to excellence in all our fiberglass products, with primary raw materials sourced from trusted leaders in the industry like INEOS and AOC Aliancys. INEOS provides us with a high-performance water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat, while AOC Aliancys supplies pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent, from Nouryon, the unparalleled world leader, ensures optimal results. We utilize alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its high density and superior strength. Its smooth surface and seamless transitions contribute to the remarkable performance and durability of our products.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously designed with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base.
