Our fiberglass molds are meticulously crafted using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center. This sophisticated technology ensures a remarkable mold processing precision with an incredibly low error margin of a mere 20 micrometers, delivering unparalleled accuracy and quality.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The core raw materials for our exceptional fiberglass products are sourced from the renowned industry leaders. From INEOS, we acquire high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. AOC Aliancys supplies us with a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure immaculate quality, our curing agent is provided by Nouryon, the world's foremost brand. We use alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its outstanding density, strength, smooth surface, and seamless transitions, resulting
in extraordinary performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer is ingeniously engineered with two layers of specialized waterproof resin at its foundation. The rest of the slide is fortified with enhanced resin. The standout feature of this waterproof resin is its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, offering physical properties far superior to standard unsaturated resins.
