Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We meticulously source the primary raw materials for our fiberglass products from industry leaders. INEOS provides us with high-performance, water-resistant, and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. From AOC Aliancys, we utilize pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. Our curing agent is proudly supplied by Nouryon, the globally acclaimed brand. We employ superior alkali-free fiberglass cloth, celebrated for its exceptional density, strength, seamless smooth surface, and flawless transitions, resulting
in its outstanding performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

Our fiberglass slide gelcoat layer begins with two layers of advanced waterproof resin at its base, while the remaining sections are reinforced with our specialized enhanced resin. The exceptional waterproof resin offers remarkable corrosion resistance, waterproofing, and mold prevention, presenting superior physical properties far exceeding those of standard unsaturated resins. This innovative approach effectively prevents water penetration, thereby averting blistering, delamination, and any compromise in structural strength.
