Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
We pride ourselves on sourcing only the finest materials for our fiberglass products. Our primary components are sourced from industry leaders such as INEOS, offering high-performance isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat known for its superior water and weather resistance. Additionally, AOC Aliancys provides us with pre-accelerated, thixotropic, high-strength unsaturated polyester resin. To ensure optimal curing, we utilize curing agents from Nouryon, a world-renowned brand. Our choice of alkali-free fiberglass cloth is instrumental in delivering exceptional density, strength, and a seamless, smooth surface, ensuring flawless transitions throughout the product.
