Our advanced fiberglass molds are sculpted with precision using a state-of-the-art five-axis CNC machining center, achieving an exceptionally minimal mold processing error of just 20um.

Fiberglass Raw Materials and Product Manufacturing Process Description
The essential raw materials for our premium fiberglass products are meticulously sourced from INEOS, featuring top-tier water-resistant and weather-resistant isophthalic/neopentyl glycol gelcoat. We also utilize superior pre-accelerated thixotropic high-strength unsaturated polyester resin from AOC Aliancys. For optimal curing, we rely on the unrivaled quality of Nouryon, the global leader in curing agents. We incorporate alkali-free fiberglass cloth renowned for its high density and strength, delivering a smooth surface and seamless transitions, culminating
in unparalleled performance.

Fiberglass Molding Process

The gelcoat layer of our fiberglass slides is ingeniously designed, incorporating two layers of specialized waterproof resin at the base for maximum durability, while other sections are fortified with enhanced resin. The superiority of the waterproof resin is evident in its exceptional corrosion resistance, waterproofing capabilities, and mold prevention.
